Beth Ingram has a passion and love for animals and education.  She has over 30 years of experience working in the public school system, advocating for youth with special needs and varying abilities.  Beth is an experienced administrator with an ability to effectively organize teams and projects.  Because of her work with trauma impacted youth, she has learned how alternative therapies and safe environments can improve a person's ability to thrive as they process traumatic events.

If you are looking for Beth, the best place to look is the stables.  She loves her horses and she works hard to make sure that they are well cared for and trained.  You may also find her cuddling with one of her four dogs.  Those fur babies are her pride and joy.

Jenifer Malec is a veteran with a passion for using her gifting to bless the Lord through His purpose for her life.  She has experience in the area of administration and technology.  Jenifer provides the business research support for our team and helps guide the decisions we are making regarding expansion and growth.

She is a mother and grandmother and you will often find her playing with her grandbabies or enjoying time with her family and friends.  Jenifer's greatest passion is being able to be generous with what God has blessed her with. She has a heart for others, but especially those who have served their country through the Armed Forces.  Her desire is to see the Ranch grow to be a place of refuge for the men and women who need it most.

Jon and Hannah Malec are investors and advisors at the Ranch.  Jon is a Marine veteran and has recently relocated to Texas to assist with the Ranch project.  His wife, Hannah, is also a Ranch support and often provides assistance with caring for the animals.  Both Jon & Hannah offer their ideas and advice on projects, design, and future goals.

As the legacy of the ranch continues, Jon and Hannah hope to keep the family dream of supporting veterans through Equine Therapy alive.  You can often find them raising their children and spending time with friends and family.

Kevin Hitsman wears multiple hats at Trinity Freedom Ranch.  His first role is as the Equipment and Building Manager for the Ranch as a whole.  He maintains the 33+ acres, takes care of repairs, and assists with the needs of the animals and agricultural.  With over 30 years of construction and foreman experience, Kevin keeps the Ranch running smoothly.

In his second role, Kevin manages our RV Resort.  He brings over 10 years of Campground Management experience to Trinity Freedom Ranch.  Kevin and his wife were part of the prayer team for our project and dreamt of providing an RV Resort that can be a safe and relaxing place  for those who enjoy the RV lifestyle.

If you are looking for Kevin, you will often find him on the tractor and or working on a project outdoors.  He rarely likes to sit still and we always have some project in the works!

Terri Hitsman is a retired Executive Administrative Assistant with over 30 years of experience and education in the field.  She is responsible for maintaining our records for the Ranch and for managing the RV Resort with her husband, Kevin.  Her efficiency and organizational skills keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Terri enjoys spending time in ministry and prayer, devoting much of her time to the Lord.  You will often find her watching one of her favorite British shows, reading a book, or spending time with her children and grandchildren.
